Precision miniature bearings with low friction torque are used in high-tech fields such as aerospace, precision instruments and meters, requiring long service life and high reliability. Due to the particularity of the parts used, the lubrication of bearings generally adopts solid lubrication or thin oil lubrication.

Instrument bearings are mainly used for sensor bearings, outdoor weather instruments, level instruments, marking instruments and infrared instruments.

1. Generally, precision instrument and meter bearings above ABEC5 are used.

2. The friction torque of the bearing is required to be small; it is called a miniature frictionless bearing.

3. Because the load is very small, fatigue and life of instrumentation bearings do not need to be considered, but there are certain requirements for noise; the instrumentation industry generally requires high-sensitivity miniature bearings.

4. When selecting the bearing fit, it is not necessary to consider the impact of load on the life, but mainly consider the impact of shaft thermal expansion and shaft assembly. Therefore, a fit with a smaller interference amount should be selected.

5. The working clearance of the bearing is small or zero, but it should be avoided that the negative clearance will cause friction and increase in temperature.

The bearings we produce are widely used in various instruments and meters. At present, we have cooperated with many precision instrument manufacturers at home and abroad.

Among them, 6700zz (10x15x4) and 685zz (5x11x5) are used in geodetic instruments.

624zz(4x13x5) is used in wind sensor.

682(2x5x1.5) is used in grating line displacement sensor.
